The Lovely Bones
The week of February 19, 2010 - February 25, 2010 we wii be showing Peter Jackson's new film, The Lovely Bonesstarring Stanley Tucci, Susan Sarandon, and Mark Wahlberg.
Based on the best selling book by Alice Sebold, The Lovely Bones is the story of a 14-year-old girl, Susie Salmon, from a suburban Pennsylvania town who is murdered by her neighbor. She tells the story from Heaven, showing the lives of the people around her and how they have changed all while attempting to get someone to find her lost body. As she tells her story, she weighs her desire for vengeance against her desire to see her family healed.
Wednesday, February 17 and Thursday, February 18 at 7:00PM we will continue to show Avatar. Get out of the house now that we're not all snowed in and come see the most popular film of the past decade.
